Transcendental Etudes

Luu Hong Quang

TRANSCENDENTAL ETUDES is a beautifully recorded album that captures Franz Liszt's expressive power and Luu Hong Quang's exceptional musicality.

“Recording Franz Liszt's complete Transcendental Etudes has been a long-cherished, seemingly unattainable dream. The ethereal quality of this music is transcendent, and I have the utmost admiration for those who tackle this monumental cycle. Collectively, these pieces push the expressive power of the piano to the limits, where it must virtually become an entire symphony orchestra at full force, as expressive as the human voice and as majestic as nature itself.” - Luu Hong Quang
