in praise of OPEN-ENDEDNESS

The Seventh House Music series champions artists who unapologetically follow their muse free of commercial or generic confines. It serves as a platform for works that are collaborative and improvisatory, music discovered in the process of being formed.

Seventh House Music is a collection of recordings that eschew traditional approaches to composition while delivering compelling emotional, intellectual, and visceral listening experiences. Other titles listed on this page are works in a similar vein by fellow travellers.
